The MAGE II brings a fresh new approach to fit, feel and protection for goalies of all calibre.

MAGE II utilizes the chin cup set-up as a mask, your chin is not resting directly on the cage. This design creates a HUGE buffer between the chin and the outer shell. This buffer eliminates that "smashing" feeling when struck at high velocity.

The MAGE II incorporates a composite lower jaw area to complete the unit as one solid piece. This design strengthens the shell both for impact and compressive loads.

The MAGE II is designed to deflect impact opposed to absorbing impact, it's rock solid design fully secures the goalie from severe concussions. It’s fully adjustable from the backplate, chin cup, right down to the cage setup.

With the openness of the cage, goalies can speak clearly to their defensemen, drink and spit without removing or lifting the unit off the head. The large window acts as a second buffer from hard shots because there is no material resting against the cheeks and jaw. As a result that "slap in the face" feeling is eliminated. These are all inherent properties of the mask which cannot be altered.

The Mage II Pro

The Mage Pro is the workhorse - just like its cousin the Razor. It’s a lot of mask for the money!We combine superior grade carbon fibre with our very own ProGlass™ which is 40% stronger than standard fiberglass. We also use a high performance specialty resin to bond the layers together. The resulting shell is ultra light and extremely stiff. As always the vent holes are perfectly cut, and all rough edges are sanded by hand. The cages are TIG welded for maximum strength and like our custom masks—always mounted with precision. Inside and out the Mage is finished to perfection, hand-polished and buffed to a high gloss. The MAGE PRO is comparable to the RAZOR VX with respect to its material composition. What’s the difference between the Mage Pro and the Razor VX? The style of the mask. The Mage Pro is a combo. The Razor is a modern-style mask.
